One facility,
every step inside it.

Compounding, maceration, filling, assembly and warehousing on one site in Sharjah. Nothing is subcontracted out of our control.

The plant

Built for repeatable batches

The floor is laid out in one direction: raw material intake, compounding, maceration, filling, assembly, then finished goods. Materials move forward and never cross back, which is what keeps a repeat order smelling like the first one.

Every batch carries a number that ties the finished bottle back to the concentrate, the alcohol lot and the operator who ran the line.

Flow

How a batch moves

  1. 01

    Intake and quarantine

Raw materials are received against their certificate of analysis and held until released.

  2. 02

    Compounding

Concentrate, alcohol and fixatives are dosed by weight to the approved formula sheet.

  3. 03

    Maceration and filtration

The batch rests, then passes cold filtration to remove any haze before filling.

  4. 04

    Filling and sealing

Fill level, crimp tightness and spray performance are checked at set intervals.

  5. 05

    Assembly and release

Finished goods are boxed, sampled for the retention library and released for shipment.
