Markets

Registration by destination

United Arab Emirates and the GCC

Cosmetic products are registered with the relevant municipality and must meet GSO standards for labelling, claims and safety. We prepare the technical file and support the submission.

European Union

Products require a responsible person inside the EU, a product information file and CPNP notification before sale. We work with a partner responsible person on request.

Saudi Arabia

SFDA registration applies to cosmetic products, including Arabic labelling and an authorised importer of record. Your local entity submits; we supply the dossier.

Other markets

For Africa, Central Asia and the CIS we supply the full document pack and adapt labelling to the language and claims required by the importing authority.
